Will training be provided?
Yes. Harmony House franchise partners will receive comprehensive onboarding and operational training. This training will cover resident care standards, staffing and hiring guidance, operational procedures, brand standards and experience expectations, resident admissions and onboarding, and marketing and community outreach. Our goal is to ensure every franchise partner is fully prepared to operate a successful Harmony House residence.
Will Harmony House assist with licensing and regulatory requirements?
Yes. Harmony House completes the licensing process for you and provides full guidance and support throughout the regulatory process. Our team assists franchise partners with state and local requirements, documentation, application preparation, and compliance standards required to open and operate a residential care home. We work alongside our partners to help ensure the licensing process is completed properly so your home can open with confidence and compliance.
